Cognitive Neurology Fellow, Clinical Fellow in Neurology, Harvard Medical School
Educational History:
MD, Harvard University
Research Interests:
I am in the process of defining a research project, but I have worked on projects related to traumatic brain injury and transcranial magnetic stimulation in the past. My work in TBI (in the lab of Dr. Atkins at University of Miami) used a fluid percussion model in rats and involved evaluating the effect of a pharmacologic intervention on cognitive and structural outcomes after TBI. My work in TMS (in Dr. Shafi’s lab) involved evaluation of test-retest reliability of EEG response to various TMS protocols in humans, with the goal of determining which protocols were likely to be high yield from research and therapeutic perspectives.
