Clinical interests include treatment of trauma, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and family systems. Within the CNU, Meredith is the lead social worker for the Huntington’s Disease Clinic and also works within the DriveWise program.
After graduating Boston University in 2010, Meredith began her career as a social worker working in a skilled nursing facility primary with elders and from there went on to work with adult burn and trauma patients and their families at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Her work with trauma patients lead her to pursue addition training in clinical treatment of trauma at Simmons College. Meredith began working in the CNU in November 2015, wanting to use her training and skills to work in an outpatient setting with patients and families coping with life changing diagnoses. She is currently the lead social work working the Huntington’s Disease population and also an active member of the DriveWise team.
