Neuropsychology, Psychometrician
Educational History:
B.A., Psychology, Northwestern University
M.A., Ph.D., Psychological and Brain Sciences, Johns Hopkins University
Brief Narrative:
Before joining the Brain Fit Club of the Cognitive Neurology Unit, my background was focused on memory and brain research. To gain clinical experience, I joined the BFC in April of 2014. Here I have learned more about neuropsychological assessment and how to provide appropriate care to patients. I hope to continue to deepen and expand my knowledge and experience in the clinical setting.
Research Interests:
My research interest lies in memory and the medial temporal lobe. In particular, I study how false memories develop and how their neural correlates differ from true memories.
Personal Interests/Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time outside when the weather is nice with my son and my dog. Biking, swimming, and playing tennis are some of my favorite activities.
