These injuries can be mild, moderate, or severe but each can generate significant cognitive and/or behavioral changes. TMS studies through the Berenson-Allen Center are investigating how these injuries impact global network communication and plastic change within the brain. In addition, CNU clinicians are focused on identification of factors contributing to prolonged subjective post-concussive symptoms and treatment of post-traumatic headaches, as well as collaborations with the Football Players Health Study.
